Executive Summary

A structured interview-based platform that transforms alumni career narratives into a growing knowledge system connecting education to professional practice.

Knowledge system

A continuous loop connecting education to practice

Individual career narratives are valuable in isolation but more useful as a pattern. Design Futures is structured as a repeatable interview framework so that each conversation contributes comparable data points to a growing archive, connecting education, early practice, and professional identity across graduates.

Interview Structure

Repeatable framework across every episode

Each conversation follows five consistent stages, Early Influences, Education, Early Career, Current Role, and Reflection, translating individual experiences into a comparable, structured learning pathway.

Platform Interface

Structured, accessible listening experience

The platform interface organizes episodes for students, educators, and emerging designers, surfacing relevant career narratives on demand.

Knowledge Outputs

Episodes structured into reusable knowledge artifacts

Every episode produces a set of structured outputs, transcripts, show notes, and tags, that organize insights into a searchable, growing archive.
